At 7 am we'll pick you up from your hotel in Negombo and head to Galle, one of the most historic cities in Sri Lanka.

First, we'll visit the famous Galle Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, built in the 16th century by the Portuguese to protect a key port in the Indian Ocean.

The excursion will continue to Galle's southern beaches where we'll visit a renowned turtle farm. You'll also observe locals practicing stilt fishing, a unique fishing method that originated in this region.

After an hour of free time for lunch, we'll visit the Tsunami Museum to learn about the catastrophic tsunami that impacted the Indian Ocean coast in December 2004, which inspired the film The Impossible.

Our final stops will be a herb garden and the Moonstone Mine, associated with legends of stones from the moon.

The tour will end with a return to your hotel in Negombo, arriving at 7 pm.
