At 7 am we'll pick you up from your hotel in Negombo and head to Galle, one of the most historic cities in Sri Lanka.

First, we'll visit the famous Galle Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site established by the Portuguese in the 16th century to protect a crucial port.

The excursion continues to Galle's southern beaches, where we'll visit a famous turtle farm and nearby coves where locals practice stilt fishing, an indigenous fishing technique.

After an hour of free time for lunch, we'll visit the Tsunami Museum to learn about the 2004 tidal wave's impact on the Indian Ocean coast.

Final stops will include a herb garden and the Moonstone Mine, which is said to hold stones from the moon.

The tour will conclude with a return to your hotel in Negombo, arriving at 7 pm.
