Private Kandy Day Trip
We'll pick you up from your hotel in Negombo at 7 am and leave behind the western coast to head to Kandy, Sri Lanka's "mountain capital".
On arrival, we'll visit a traditional herbs and spices garden. The island of Sri Lanka has more than 150 different varieties of dressings, condiments, and marinades. The next stop will be at a traditional tea factory, where herbs are grown in local Kandy fields.
After an hour of free time for lunch, we'll visit the famous Temple of the Sacred Tooth. This sanctuary houses the Buddha's molar, featuring a beautiful decoration with geometric shapes and golden elements.
Our next stop will be the Jewellery Museum, showcasing extraordinary jewellery made with materials from the area of Sri Lanka, including gems and miniature works of art.
The tour will end by returning to Negombo, arriving at 7 pm.
