Visit one of the most popular coastal towns on the west coast of Sri Lanka with this private Negombo City Tour. Let yourself be surprised by its heritage and culture.
Private Negombo City Tour
After picking you up from your hotel in Negombo at 9 am, we'll begin the tour by heading to the large lagoon, a main fishing area in Sri Lanka where many fish species are concentrated.
The tour will continue by exploring Negombo's colonial past with visits to the St. Sebastian and St. Anne churches, built during European domination. These temples still retain architectural elements characteristic of the Old Continent.
Next, we will visit the Angurukaramulla Temple, known for its colorful decoration and the gigantic Buddha sculpture at the entrance, measuring six meters long.
Our final stop will be the Negombo Fish Market to learn more about local products. You can sample some delicacies from the various stalls.
The tour will conclude with a return to your hotel at 3 pm.
