Private Udawalawe Day Trip
Pickup will be at your hotel in Negombo at 7 am for travel to the home of the famous Udawalawe elephants.
During the tour, we'll observe the numerous herds of elephants up close. These Asian elephants utilize the lagoons to drink and rest. While observing, you'll learn interesting facts about them and how to distinguish them from their African counterparts.
Next, we will visit the Udawalawa Dam, an engineering masterpiece operational since 1969, which provides drinking water to nearby towns. Following this, we will go to the city of Udawalawa for one hour of free time for lunch.
After visiting other points of interest in the area, we will return to your hotel in Negombo, concluding the tour at 7 pm.
