At the scheduled time, pickup will be at your hotel in Negombo to commence the safari through Wilpattu National Park. The journey to the park takes approximately three and a half hours.
Upon arrival, you will participate in a four-hour safari focused on observing diverse wildlife while enjoying panoramic views.
Wilpattu National Park is recognized for its leopard sightings, alongside sloth bears, elephants, spotted deer, mongoose, and tufted gray langurs. Observing these species is encouraged.
The safari also includes views of reptiles such as the Indian python and saltwater crocodile. Birdwatchers will appreciate the chance to spot crested serpent eagles, Indian peafowl, and painted storks.
Before returning to Negombo, there will be a break for lunch on your own to refresh. The tour concludes with arrival back at your hotel in Negombo approximately 11 hours after departure.
