Paicol Day Trip + Caving in the Caja de Agua Cave

On this day trip to Paicol, we'll visit an old colonial town in Huila before going on a caving adventure in the Caja de Agua cave!

Description

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Neiva and head to Paicol, a municipality in west Huila that offers a mix of history, nature, and adventure activities.

Upon arrival, we'll begin with a 1-hour guided tour of Paicol to see main landmarks, including the church of Santa Rosa de Lima, colonial houses, and cobblestone streets.

Next, we'll depart for the natural surroundings and visit the Caja de Agua cave for a thrilling caving adventure. All necessary safety equipment will be provided to explore this geological fault.

We'll navigate the Caja de Agua passage and discover various hidden caves, as well as wells, waterfalls, and natural pools along the way.

After 4 hours of caving, we'll enjoy a delicious lunch at a nearby restaurant. The day concludes with a hike to the Serpentine waterfall, where you can take a dip if desired.

Finally, we will return to the minibus and drop you off at your hotel after 10 hours of activity.
