San Agustin Archaeological Park Day Trip

On this day trip to the San Agustin Archaeological Park, we will explore the remnants of a lost civilization in Colombia.

Description

We will collect you from your hotel in Neiva at the scheduled time and travel to the San Agustin Archaeological Park. The journey will take about 5 hours and will pass through several villages in the Huila department, including Campoalegre, Hobo, Gigante, Garzón, and Altamira.

Upon arrival at the Archaeological Park, we will tour the site, which features over 130 pre-Colombian statues, tombs, and ceremonial centers dedicated to honoring ancestors.

We will also visit the Archaeological Museum, which displays pottery and sculptures that celebrate fertility.

After our visit, we will enjoy a traditional lunch at a restaurant before returning to Neiva.

We will drop you back at your hotel after 17 hours of exploration.
