On this excursion to Grasse, we will explore a town known for its perfumery tradition, charming villages of Provence, and include a wine tasting.

Grasse Excursion + Wine Tasting

We will pick you up at your hotel in Nice at 9 am to begin our journey to Grasse, a small town in Provence.

Grasse has a significant history in perfume production, with many museums and factories dedicated to this craft. It was the inspiration for Patrick Süskind's novel Perfume.

The tour includes a visit to the Fragonard factory, where we will discuss the perfumer's trade in this town.

Next, we will visit the medieval village of Valbonne, featuring its monastery and its impact on the community. You will have free time to explore the streets and sample local cuisine.

Then, we will stop in Gourdon to see its church and the old town with its historic stone houses.

The excursion will conclude with a wine tasting at the renowned Bellet vineyards, recognized for one of the best appellations in France.

The excursion will end back at your hotel in Nice at 5 pm.
