Trip to Massif de l'Estérel by Train

We will meet at Nice Ville station at the indicated time to board the train to the Massif de l'Estérel. The train will take us along a historic railway line from the early 20th century through the southern coast of France. You will admire the landscapes of the Massif de l'Estérel, including the Corniche d'Or.

The route includes the stretch between Cannes and Fréjus, known as the Green Provence, which is the largest forest in France. We will pass through Cannes and see the Lerins islands and Maures Massif.

Midway through the trip, we will disembark at Saint-Raphaël-Valescure station for a hiking route along the coast of the Corniche d'Or. This section includes views of colorful rock formations and insights into the area's World War II history by the beach of the Landing in Provence.

We will take a break for a picnic lunch with scenic views. After lunch, we will proceed to a viewpoint for a panoramic view of the Massif de l'Estérel.

Finally, we will take the train back to Nice, concluding the excursion after 10 hours of activity.
