We will meet at the designated time at the Mirador de Sollarete in San José to start our Cabo de Gata Evening Hike. The tour will follow the coast, showcasing the landscapes of the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park at night.
During the hiking route, participants will learn about the area's rich ecosystem, including its history and geology, from its volcanic origin to associated legends. The guide will assist in identifying local flora and fauna.
The hike will lead to Playa de los Genoveses, notable for its film appearances. An astronomy expert will teach us how to locate the polar star and orient ourselves while observing visible constellations and exploring their mythological significance.
Following the star observation, we will return through the interior of the Natural Park to the meeting point at Mirador de Sollarete de San José, concluding this 3-hour tour.
