Cabo de Gata Kayak & Snorkel Tour

Experience the Almeria coastline like never before with our immersive kayak and snorkeling adventure in Cabo de Gata, departing from Los Escullos. Prepare to discover crystal-clear waters!

Activity Overview

Your kayak and snorkeling experience commences at your selected time at the Cala de Embarcadero. Located in Los Escullos on the eastern Almeria coast, we'll begin with a brief instruction on kayaking techniques and safety, allowing you to practice on the beach before heading out!

Once the kayaking fundamentals are covered, we'll set off into the sea, making our way to our designated spot. During this initial stretch, you’ll have the chance to admire the stunning wild volcanic cliffs that define the coastal landscape of the Cabo de Gata - Nijar Natural Park.

Midway through our journey, we’ll pause to jump into the refreshing waters for some snorkeling. Be vigilant as you search for schools of fish, starfish, octopus, and possibly even stingrays!

After two hours of exploration and fun on the kayaks, we’ll navigate our way back to Embarcadero Cove, concluding our tour.

Throughout the kayak excursion, we will capture a series of photographs for you. Following the tour, you'll receive a link where, two weeks later, you can download these images at no cost. This will serve as a lasting memory of your wonderful experience!

Key Information

Participants must be proficient swimmers and physically capable of paddling a kayak to join in on this adventure.

For safety purposes, the activity has a weight limit of 120 kg (264 lbs).

Starting Location

The adventure will kick off at Embarcadero Cove, weather permitting. In case of unfavorable conditions, we will relocate to a nearby area such as La Fabriquilla Beach or Agua Amarga Beach. In these instances, you will be notified the day prior to the tour.
