Kayak Details

We'll meet at a time of your choice on the beach of Agua Amarga, where we'll have a quick lesson on using kayaks and paddles before starting our journey along the coast of Almeria.

After the instructions, we'll begin the kayak tour through the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park. During the tour, we'll take breaks to rest and learn about the area's natural and historical characteristics.

We will stop at several volcanic coves and barrier reefs to explore more about local landscapes. In one of these coves, we'll pause for a drink of water and eat an energy bar.

You'll have free time to take a refreshing dip in the sea, where you are likely to see schools of colorful fish. Finally, we'll paddle back to the starting point, arriving 3 hours after departure.

Throughout the kayak tour, we'll take photos to help you remember the experience. At the end, you'll receive a link to download the pictures for free two weeks after the tour.

Who Can Participate in this Activity?

Participants must know how to swim and handle the kayak paddles autonomously.

The minimum age for this tour is 3 years old.

Meeting Point Changes

This activity will start at Aguamarga Beach if weather conditions are favorable. If weather is adverse, we will begin the tour at another nearby location, such as Cala del Cuervo or La Fabriquilla Beach, and inform you the day before.
