Would you like to explore Cape Cat's seabed, but don't know how to scuba dive? No worries! On our Las Negras Beginners Scuba Diving Lesson you'll learn how to use the diving equipment and you'll dive down to depths of 40 feet (12 metres) to discover Almeria's underwater beauty.

Las Negras Beginners Scuba Diving Lesson

At your chosen time, we'll meet on Calle Pescador de Las Negras. We'll start the activity with a theory lesson to introduce you to scuba diving.

Under the instructor's guidance, you'll learn the purpose of each piece of diving equipment, underwater communication signals and other important details. Afterwards, we'll practice our knowledge. We'll head to the beach and board a boat that will take us through the waters of Cape Cat Natural Park.

We'll dive into the Alboran Sea and descend to a depth of 40 feet (12 metres). During the dive, we'll observe numerous schools of fish and marine flora. You'll enjoy a unique feeling of weightlessness and peace underwater.

Gradually, we'll return to the surface and head back to Las Negras Beach. We'll conclude our scuba diving lesson 2 hours after starting, back at the meeting point.
