Las Negras PADI Open Water Scuba Diving Course

Day 1

At 4 pm, we'll meet on Calle Pescador in Las Negras to start our PADI Open Water Diver Course. The first day includes a theory lesson covering basic principles, equipment functions, and safety regulations for underwater diving.

Days 2, 3, and 4

Classes for the next 3 days will also begin at 4 pm, with flexibility to adjust based on group preferences. These days focus on practical training in the sea. After confined water sessions, we'll board a boat to explore various sites in the Cabo de Gata Natural Park.

Participants will complete a total of five practical sessions, exploring the seabed and improving diving techniques at depths of up to 60 feet (18 metres).

After four days of training, you will complete the PADI Open Water course and be certified to dive independently anywhere in the world.

After your last dive, you should wait at least 24 hours before boarding a plane or going to high altitude areas.
