Hop in a 4x4 vehicle to explore the stunning beaches of Almeria on our tour of Los Genoveses & Mónsul beaches, including a visit to the gold mining area of Rodalquilar.

Los Genoveses & Mónsul Beaches 4x4 Tour

We will meet at the Rambla de los Frailes at the scheduled time to begin our 4x4 tour to pristine beaches in Almeria.

Our first stop will be the ancient gold mines of Rodalquilar. Here, we will exit the 4x4 and discuss the significance of gold to the local economy. The mine operated until the mid-20th century.

Next, we will visit Los Genoveses Beach, notable for its appearance in the film El Niño. The vehicle is equipped with TV screens to view relevant scenes.

We will stop at Mónsul Beach to take photos and enjoy the views. This location was also used by Steven Spielberg for a scene in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.

If you visit during the summer, you will have free time to swim at the beach.

Afterward, we will travel inland to appreciate the local architecture and landscapes. This area inspired Federico García Lorca's work Bodas de Sangre.

We will conclude our tour and return to the starting point 2 hours and 45 minutes after departure.
