Hualcupén Lagoon Excursion

On this excursion to the Hualcupén Lagoon, you'll visit a freshwater lake formed by the thawing of the surrounding mountains.

Description

At the indicated time we'll meet at the meeting point in Caviahue or Copahue and set off on our excursion to the Hualcupén Lagoon. After a road trip of about 45 minutes, we'll arrive at the Hualcupén Lagoon. You will have three hours of free time to explore the area and enjoy the surrounding landscapes.

Upon arrival, you can take a hiking route around the lagoon, known for its volcanic sand and beautiful environment surrounded by araucarias. You can also take a break to eat your packed lunch and, after refueling, you may want to take a swim in the waters of the lagoon.

After 4 hours, we'll take you back to the meeting point in Caviahue or Copahue.
