Tour Details
We'll pick you up from your hotel in San Salvador at the indicated time for a panoramic city tour. Our first stop will be Zona Rosa, a modern area with cultural and nightlife attractions, where we'll see the current Presidential House and Parque del Principito, ideal for a short walk and photos.
Next, we'll visit the Santa Elena area and enjoy views from the Mirador El Águila viewpoint, overlooking the city and surrounding volcanoes. We'll then tour the Military Museum, located in the former Presidential House, where we will explore recent history and a relief map of El Salvador.
Continuing to the historic centre of San Salvador, we’ll walk through main squares, including Plaza Libertad and Plaza Gerardo Barrios, located near important government buildings like the National Palace and National Library. We'll visit El Rosario Church and the Metropolitan Cathedral, where Monsignor Romero rests.
The tour concludes with a visit to the National Theatre and other significant sites, followed by a return to your hotel after a 3.5-hour guided tour.
