Sálvora Island Tour
At 10 am, we'll depart from the port of El Grove to the island of Sálvora, part of the Atlantic Islands of Galicia National Park. Following a short crossing of the Arosa estuary, we will disembark at Sálvora dock for a two and a half hour island tour.
This tour includes visits to the lighthouse and the old village on foot. You will learn about the Sálvora lighthouse and its significance during World War II, along with the history of the old village and its special granaries.
While walking the trails, we will discover the local wildlife. Before returning, we'll hear about the island's mermaid, whose sculpture is located near the quay.
On our return, we will continue to enjoy the beautiful Galician seascapes, docking back at the port of El Grove at 2:30 pm.
