SEA LIFE® aquarium is a key tourist attraction in Oberhausen, showcasing a diverse range of species from around the world.

Visitors will enjoy a unique day learning about marine life from oceans, lakes, and rivers globally. This experience is suitable for all ages.

Explore various aquarium passages and discover amazing creatures like clownfish, starfish, manta rays, and otters. Notably, SEA LIFE® Oberhausen was home to the famous Octopus Paul, known for correctly predicting FIFA World Cup match outcomes.

Guests can walk through Germany's largest shark aquarium via a transparent tunnel, which includes a small dome allowing an immersive experience with the creatures. Also featured are the youngest species of reef shark in the largest aquarium in the country.
