We'll meet at 10 am at Rua António Mantas in Vila Nova de Milfontes and take a minibus to Malhão or Furnas beach, depending on sea conditions on the day of the activity.

Upon arrival, you will attend a theory class with a professional surfer. Instructors will adjust to your level to teach you various techniques, regardless of your experience. Familiar terms like 'take-off' and 'line-up' will be covered.

After half an hour of learning, you will prepare on the sand and head to the water. In the sea, you will practice movements on the surfboard and enjoy the breeze in a unique environment.

After surfing, we will return to Vila Nova de Milfontes, arriving at the starting point at 1 pm.
