Day Trip Details

You will be picked up from your hotel in Phnom Penh in the morning and travel in a comfortable air-conditioned bus. The destination is about 30 miles (50 km) south of Phnom Penh, specifically to Phnom Chisor, a hill in Dok Por village.

There are 500 ancient stone steps to reach the top of the hill, where you will enjoy views from the peak. You can explore the ruins of the 11th-century Khmer temple, constructed during the Angkorian era by King Suryavarman I, dedicated to the Hindu deities Shiva and Vishnu. Your guide will share stories about the temple's history.

The next stop will be Tonle Bati, home to the 12th-century Angkorian temple of Ta Prohm. After exploring the ancient temple site and walking along the river, you will return to Phnom Penh.
