Phnom Penh Vespa Tour

If you want to discover the Cambodian capital in a different way, this vespa tour of Phnom Penh is perfect. You can choose between a tour of Silk Island or an evening food route.

Tour Options

When booking, you can opt for a daytime Silk Island tour or an evening food tour. In both cases, the tour includes pickup at your hotel in Phnom Penh, an English-speaking guide, and transport by vespa. The guide will drive the vespa, with a capacity for 2 people: the guide and one passenger. For groups larger than 2, the tour will utilize different scooters and guides.

Silk Island Tour (4.5 Hours)

Pickup will be at your hotel in Phnom Penh, followed by a ride to the outskirts of the city. A stop will be made at the dock of the Mekong River to board a ferry with the vespas. After a 15-minute crossing, we will enjoy a vespa tour of Silk Island, witnessing fields, agricultural villages, and local markets. Visits will include a tofu skin production center and a Buddhist temple, followed by a silk weaving workshop to observe traditional weaving techniques. Finally, we will return to the Silk Island pier and then back to your hotel.

Evening Food Tour (4 Hours)

For this option, pickup will be from your hotel for an evening food tour in Phnom Penh by vespa. The tour includes tastings of 10 specialities: fried rice noodles, Cambodian rice noodle soup, crispy pancakes, rice cake, insects, chive and garlic cake, grilled meat, fried spring roll, fresh spring roll, and dessert. Various street stalls and restaurants in downtown Phnom Penh will be visited to sample these dishes. The tour will conclude at Bassac Lane Bar for those of age to enjoy a local beer before returning to your hotel.
