On the morning of your tour, you'll be picked up from your hotel in Phnom Penh and taken north to visit the archaeological park of Sambor Prei Kuk. This historic royal sanctuary and former capital city dates back to the 7th century, making it among Cambodia's oldest temple complexes.

After a journey of around three hours, you'll begin your guided visit of the ancient site, learning about its history while taking in the views of the archaeological complex. You'll pass temples that have been taken over by tree roots and branches, discovering places yet to be overrun by mass tourism.

After exploring the different architectural structures, including prasats, octagonal towers, Shiva lingams, yonis, ponds, and statues of lions, you'll enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. Following your meal, you'll be taken back to your hotel in Phnom Penh.
