Ollantaytambo Guided Tour

Meet us at Plaza de Armas to start our guided tour of Ollantaytambo. We will walk to the Incan neighborhood of Qosqo Ayllu, known for its streets, squares, and sacred sites.

We'll share the historical account of the interactions between the Inca civilization and the Huari people, focusing on customs, religion, and traditions. Visit houses over 500 years old and stroll along the cobblestone streets to admire the engineers’ canals crafted by the Incas.

Next, we'll go to Pata Calle and arrive at the archeological site of Ollantaytambo. We will discuss the story between Ollanta and Cusiqollor, and then continue to Pinkulluna Mountain to see ancient Incan granaries.

A one-hour break will follow for a typical Peruvian lunch featuring ingredients from the Sacred Valley, including a starter, a broth, and a drink.

After 3 hours, we will conclude the guided tour of Ollantaytambo and return to the starting point.
