Meet us at Azienda Agricola Cumpanzos, where we'll kick off our saffron tour through Olmedo. Discover the secrets behind this precious spice for a sensory experience in Sardinia!

We will visit the saffron factory in Olmedo, a town near Algiers in northeastern Sardinia. Here, we'll learn the stages of the cultivation process and how chefs utilize this spice in local cuisine.

Gain insight into the cultivation process at the eco-friendly factory, emphasizing a sustainable approach. A surprise awaits us inside a Pinnettu, a traditional house from the old Sardinian culture.

At this location, we will taste typical regional products garnished with fresh saffron, paired with bread or cheese. Additionally, enjoy a spiced sausage with wine or water, adding to the experience.

Two hours later, we will conclude the tour and return to the factory's entrance.
