Istria Food Tour

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Opatija at 9 am and start our food tour through Istria heading west until we reach Hum, the smallest town in the world.

Upon arrival, we'll take a guided tour through the streets of Hum and discover the many legends associated with this town. We'll complete our tour of Hum with a taste of biska, a local brandy made from spices.

We'll continue to Motovun, where we will explore the town's monuments, including St. Stephen's Church and its bell tower. A highlight of the tour will be the white truffle, which is grown in Motovun's forests. We will visit a local restaurant to learn how to prepare a dish featuring this truffle, followed by a tasting of this dish along with other typical offerings of Motovun.

Our final stop will be Grožnjan, known for its vineyards and olive groves. We'll stroll through the cobblestone streets and learn about the local production of wines and olive oils.

The tour will conclude with a return to your hotel in Opatija at 5 pm.
