Alpujarra Horseback Riding Tour

Climb on the back of a horse to enjoy a fun equestrian route through the mountains of the Alpujarra. We'll see centenary olive trees, cross the Guadalfeo river and admire the incredible landscapes around Órgiva, Granada.

Alpujarra Horseback Riding Tour

At the time of your choice, we'll meet at Camino de la Estrella street, located on the outskirts of Órgiva. The horses will be ready for an exciting ride through the village surroundings. You can opt for a one or two hour horseback ride. We'll begin by getting on our horses and leaving the stable.

We will follow the route of the centenary olive trees, a popular trail in Órgiva. This path features extensive olive estates. Then, we'll reach the Guadalfeo river to see the Seven Eye Bridge, named for its seven semicircular arches.

The ride will continue as we ascend through the Alpujarra mountains to enjoy views of the mountain ranges of Granada. Gradually, we will return to the equestrian centre and conclude by saying goodbye to the horses at the starting point.

Riding Lesson

If you are a beginner, we recommend a 30-minute riding lesson. You will learn to ride correctly, after which you can join the guided tour for one or two hours, depending on your choice.
