Olive Oil Mill and Grove Tour + Tasting

In this experience, we'll visit an Oristano olive oil mill and its olive grove to learn about Sardinian olive oil. An olive oil tasting will also be included.

Description

At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Oristano olive grove's entrance, located on the outskirts of the town in west Sardinia. We will walk through a countryside of olive trees more than 100 years old.

Guided by Paola and Antonello, the owners of the estate, we will discover how they produce extra virgin olive oil. As we enter the grounds, we will see farm animals, an ancient well, and a stone mill.

This experience will connect us with nature and unveil Sardinian traditions. Paola and Antonello will share interesting facts about the olive trees and educate us on the production of this key element of the Mediterranean diet.

Next, we'll visit the oil mill for a detailed explanation of the olive oil production process, concluding with an olive oil tasting. You will have the opportunity to enjoy the olive oil of Sardinia.

After 2 hours of experience, we'll say goodbye at the entrance of the olive grove.
