Meet friendly manatees and swim alongside them in the sparkling waters of Crystal River. You'll also discover characteristic Florida animals like the red lynx, alligator, black bear, and puma.

Swim with Manatees in Crystal River

We'll pick you up from Orlando in the morning and head for Crystal River, with a bus journey lasting around two hours.

Crystal River is home to numerous manatees, especially in winter due to the natural hot springs that warm the river.

Upon arrival, we'll embark on a boat trip to search for manatees. You can choose to dive into the water and swim with them or stay on deck to enjoy the views.

Manatees swim peacefully alongside humans, sometimes letting you stroke their bellies. There is a belief that they inspired mermaid myths due to their appearance.

After, you'll have free time for lunch in Homosassa State Park, where you can see endangered species like cougars, alligators, and black bears. Access to the underwater manatee observation point is also included.

In the afternoon, we'll return to Orlando, arriving around 4 pm.
