In the heart of the Orocovis Valley lies the El Monstruo zip line - the longest zip line in the Americas and one of the longest in the world!
Description
Once you enter Toro Verde Eco Adventure Park, you can head to the El Monstruo zip line at the indicated time. After brief safety instructions, you'll be ready to glide at full speed through the trees of the Orocovis Valley. You will climb to the launching platform to prepare for the flight.
The zip line measures 2.5 kilometers (1.5 miles) and is equivalent to 28 football pitches. Once settled, you will step out from the platform and begin your 5-minute ziplining experience. During this flight, you can reach speeds of 150 kilometers per hour (93 miles per hour) while soaring 380 meters (1250 feet) above the ground.
At the end of the zip line, you'll arrive at another platform in the adventure park to conclude the activity.
Requisitos
To participate in this activity, you must be over 120 centimeters (47 inches) tall. The minimum weight is 45 kilograms (100 pounds) and the maximum weight is 122 kilograms (269 pounds).
