Embark on a journey through the captivating landscapes of Delta del Ebro, featuring a delightful boat trip that offers breathtaking vistas!

Delta del Ebro Exploration & Boat Excursion

We'll gather at 3 pm at the Oropesa del Mar Tourist Office, conveniently located near the beach. From this point, we'll travel a little over an hour to reach the stunning natural setting of the Delta del Ebro, where we will explore some of the area's most remarkable sites aboard a catamaran!

Upon arrival at the natural park, we will board the vessel and commence a 50-minute adventure around Buda Island. Throughout the journey, we will share insights into the geographical features of this unique reserve. Did you know that the wetlands' waters teem with crustaceans? Many of the region's traditional dishes highlight these local delicacies. We will also uncover historical facts about the island and the origin of its name.

As we glide through the rice paddies, we will explore the workings of these age-old agricultural practices. It's also common to spot a variety of birds, including flamingos, herons, and seagulls.

Following our boat trip, we will make a quick stop at the Ecomuseum to gain insights into the significance of preserving the Delta del Ebro.

Finally, we will return to Oropesa del Mar, arriving around 8 pm.
