Valencia Day Trip

We'll meet outside the Oropesa del Mar tourist information office at 9 am and start our journey to Valencia. After an hour's bus ride, we'll arrive at the Levantine capital.

Our first stop will be the City of Arts and Sciences, where we'll admire this modern complex full of significant buildings. Next, we'll proceed to the Palau de la Música de Valencia.

The tour continues on foot as we explore the historic centre of Valencia, learning about its history while viewing its notable monuments. During the walking tour, we'll visit the Central Market, la Iglesia de los Santos Juanes, and the Estació del Nord; these are some of Valencia's most emblematic sites.

We will enter the Lonja de la Seda, a gothic building from the 15th century, and then proceed to the Cathedral of Valencia, home to the Torre del Micalet bell tower.

From 1 pm to 5 pm, you will have free time to further explore Valencia and experience its gastronomy.

We will reconvene at the Torres de Serrano to begin the journey back to Oropesa, arriving around 7 pm.
