Climb to the top of Supramonte in an off-road vehicle and enjoy incredible views of Sardinia at more than 1,400 meters above sea level with this 4x4 tour of Barbagia.

At 8:30 am, we'll pick you up at Piazza del Popolo in Orosei and depart in a 4x4 vehicle.

The first stop will be at the Nuragic complex of sa Sedda 'e sos Carros in Lanaittu Valley, Nuoro province. Here, we will learn about the ancient Nuragic peoples' site, where they celebrated the cult of water in the Bronze Age, approximately 3,000 years ago. The sacred well is surrounded by unique basalt and limestone structures.

Next, we'll continue to the springs of Su Gologone, at the base of Mount Uddè, known for its karst spring and small lake with blue and emerald green waters.

We will then visit the Corbeddu Cave, which contains the oldest hominid remains found in Sardinia, estimated to be around 20,000 years old. We'll explore the area, notable for fossils including those of the Megaloceros cazioti and Prolagus sardus, extinct species.

Finally, between 12:30 and 1:30 pm, we will return to the meeting point in Orosei.
