Gulf of Orosei Trekking Tours
The trekking tour routes in the Gulf of Orosei vary by the day of the week. All tours start at 8:30 am at Piazza del Popolo in Orosei and conclude there:
Cala Luna Route (Fridays)
This tour focuses on the shores of the Gulf of Orosei. An all-terrain vehicle will take us to Cala Gonone, the starting point for a four-and-a-half-hour trek. The route showcases the Sardinian coastline and high cliffs until reaching Cala Luna, offering two and a half hours of free time for lunch and swimming. The return trek will follow the Codula di Luna canyon, reaching Orosei around 6:30 pm.
Gorropu Gorge Route (Saturdays)
This tour explores the Gorropu Gorge. An all-terrain vehicle will travel to this canyon formed by the Flumineddu River, beginning a five-hour trek. The route includes observing local flora and fauna in one of Europe's deepest canyons. A free hour will be provided for rest and snacks before returning to Orosei, concluding the activity at 4:30 pm.
Mount Tiscali Route (Sundays)
This tour includes a jeep ride to Mount Tiscali for a four-and-a-half-hour trek. The hike involves searching for a Nuragic village and examining their defensive towers while learning about their beliefs and way of life. Afterward, there will be an hour for lunch in nature before returning to Orosei around 3:30 pm.

Please note that on the day of the activity, admission fees apply for the Gorropu Gorge and Mount Tiscali.
