Join us for a trekking tour in the Gulf of Orosei. You can choose to explore Cala Luna, Mount Tiscali or the Gorropu Gorge. The nature of Sardinia awaits!

Gulf of Orosei Trekking Tours

The trekking tour routes in the Gulf of Orosei vary by day. All tours start at 8:30 am at Piazza del Popolo in Orosei and conclude at the same location:

Cala Luna Route (Fridays)

On Fridays, the tour focuses on the shores of the Gulf of Orosei. We will travel in an all-terrain vehicle to Cala Gonone, the beginning of a four-and-a-half-hour trekking route along the coastline. After two and a half hours of free time at Cala Luna for lunch and swimming, we will trek back through the Codula di Luna canyon, returning to Orosei around 6:30 pm.

Gorropu Gorge Route (Saturdays)

On Saturdays, the tour explores the Gorropu Gorge. We will travel to this canyon formed by the Flumineddu River for a five-hour trekking route. Participants will have one hour of free time before returning to Orosei, concluding the activity by 4:30 pm.

Mount Tiscali Route (Sundays)

On Sundays, we will travel by jeep to Mount Tiscali to begin a four-and-a-half-hour trek. Participants will explore a Nuragic village, learning about the beliefs and lifestyle of this ancient civilization. An hour of free time for lunch will be provided before returning to Orosei around 3:30 pm.

On the day of the activity, an admission fee is required to access Gorropu Gorge and Mount Tiscali.
