Going to the top of the Abeno Harukas tower is an unmissable experience in Osaka. On the 58th floor, you can admire the city from the 300 Observatory. Prepare for 360 panoramic views of the city. Before the elevator ride to 984 feet (300 metres), you can visit the garden on the 16th floor or the Sky Plaza on the 10th floor. Once at the top, you can move freely between the 58th, 59th, and 60th floors while enjoying the views. You can also purchase drinks or food at the coffee shop or buy souvenirs in the shop.

Harukas 300 Observatory Opening Hours

The Harukas 300 Observatory opens daily from 9 am to 10 pm. Last orders at the coffee shop are at 9:30 pm, and the last admission to the tower is one hour before closing.
