The views from the Abeno Harukas skyscraper will enhance your trip to Osaka. You'll have the city at your feet from the tallest building in Osaka, and the second tallest in Japan.

Harukas 300 Observatory

Visiting the top of the Abeno Harukas tower is a key experience in Osaka. At the 58th floor, you can admire the city from the 300 Observatory with 360-degree views. Before taking the elevator to 984 feet (300 meters), you can visit the garden on the 16th floor or the Sky Plaza on the 10th floor. You may move freely between the 58th, 59th, and 60th floors while enjoying the views. A coffee shop and a souvenir shop are available for refreshments and purchases.

Harukas 300 Observatory Opening Times

The Harukas 300 Observatory is open daily from 9 am to 10 pm. Last orders at the coffee shop are at 9:30 pm, and the last admission to the tower is one hour before closing.

Note that these times may change.

Special Times

On September 25, 2025, the observatory will open from 4 pm to 10 pm, with final admission at 9:30 pm.
