Going to the top of the Abeno Harukas tower is an unmissable experience if you're in the city. On the 58th floor, you'll have the chance to admire the city from the Harukas 300 Observatory. The observatory offers 360-degree panoramic views of the city.

Before taking the elevator to the observatory, visit the garden on the 16th floor or the Sky Plaza on the 10th floor. Once at the observatory, you can move freely between the 58th, 59th, and 60th floors while enjoying the views. A coffee shop is available for drinks and snacks, and there is also a souvenir shop.

Harukas 300 Observatory Opening Times

The Harukas 300 Observatory opens daily from 9 am to 10 pm. Last orders at the coffee shop are at 9:30 pm, and the last admission to the tower is one hour before closing.
