What Does It Include?

The Kansai Area Pass travel card provides unlimited access to Osaka's full network of trains and buses. It also includes the express train connecting Kansai airport with the city center. Additionally, with the travel pass, you can visit other cities such as Kyoto, Kobe, Himeji, and Nara, all within a one-and-a-half-hour train journey. The 5-day pass also includes the ferry to Miyajima and the train to Hiroshima.

How Does It Work?

The Kansai Area Pass allows unlimited use of Osaka's trains and buses (excluding expressway buses) for a period of 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 consecutive days. To activate the card, present the voucher received along with your passport at the ticket offices at Kansai airport.

Important Info

With every adult Kansai Area Pass, one child under 5 years can travel for free.The card is not valid for the Shinkansen or Limited Express Train, including Tokaido Shinkansen bullet trains between Osaka and Kyoto.You must carry your passport on every train journey in Osaka.
