Osaka Bike Tour

For those interested in mixing physical activity with a guided exploration of Osaka, join us at 2-21 Tenmabashikyomachi at the designated time, where we will hop on our bikes and begin our adventure!

As we cycle through the vibrant streets, we'll take in the striking architecture and bridges that span the river. Our first stop is the Osaka Tenmangu Shrine, established in 949. It's notable for hosting Tenjin Matsuri, one of Japan's three major festivals.

Next, our route will take us past the Osaka Museum of Housing and Life, featuring a meticulously recreated cityscape from the Edo Era. Following this enriching historical experience, we will delve into the local gastronomy of Osaka. As we ride, we'll head to a local eatery to enjoy a sumptuous lunch, highlighted by a traditional okonomiyaki, a quintessential Japanese dish sure to delight your palate.

No excursion would be complete without exploring Osaka Castle, which stands as one of the city’s architectural treasures, boasting a history of over 400 years. Upon our arrival, we'll dismount our bikes and proceed to explore this magnificent fortress on foot, including its gardens and the shrine dedicated to Hideyoshi Toyotomi. Curious about who he was? You'll learn all about it during the tour!

We will then take a brief pause to savor Japanese green tea accompanied by a snack.

Finally, our journey will conclude as we return to the starting point after an enriching 5-hour exploration.
