Tour Options

You can choose from the following scuba diving tours in Mahahual, which include transport by boat, a certified English-speaking instructor, scuba diving equipment, snacks, and water.

Scuba Diving with 1 Immersion (2 hours)

Meet at the diving centre located at Blue Kay in Mahahual at the scheduled time. Show your scuba diving certificates before boarding the boat to the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef System, the second largest in the world. After receiving instructions and donning equipment, we will explore up to 6 underwater landscapes in groups of 5. Expect visibility of 25 to 35 metres (82 to 114 feet).

Scuba Diving with 2 Immersions (3 hours & 50 minutes)

This option includes 2 immersions, allowing for more time in the water and the chance to swim with tropical fish in the coral reefs. The dive route remains the same, but with a closer look at marine flora and fauna, including manta rays, crabs, lobsters, barracudas, angelfish, wrasse, damselfish, parrotfish, and butterflyfish. After the first dive, we return to the boat to switch oxygen tanks for the second dive.
