Tour Options

When booking, choose between the following scuba diving tours in Mahahual. Both include boat transport, a certified English-speaking instructor, scuba diving equipment, snacks, and water.

Scuba Diving with 1 Immersion (2 hours)

Meet at the diving centre located at Blue Kay in Mahahual at the specified time and show your scuba diving certificates. Afterward, board the boat to sail out to the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef System, the second largest in the world. You will receive instructions and equipment before diving in groups of 5. Expect a visibility of 25 metres (82 feet), up to 35 metres (114 feet).

Scuba Diving with 2 Immersions (3 hours & 50 minutes)

This option offers 2 immersions for a more extensive diving experience. You will have more time in the water and the chance to swim with tropical fish in coral reefs. Expect visibility of up to 35 metres (114 feet) and sights including manta rays, crabs, lobsters, barracudas, angelfish, wrasse, damselfish, parrotfish, and butterflyfish. After the first oxygen tank is used, return to the boat for a second dive.
