Batalha, Nazaré, Alcobaça & Óbidos (8 hours)
After picking you up from your hotel in Fátima, we will visit Batalha and its 14th century monastery. Next, we will head to Alcobaça Monastery, home to the tomb of King Pedro I, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. At midday, we will reach Nazaré to explore the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Nazaré and enjoy free time for lunch. We will then continue to Óbidos to admire its medieval buildings and castle while enjoying a tasting of the local liqueur, ginjinha.
Aljustrel, Valinhos & Ourém (4 hours)
We'll pick you up from your hotel in Fátima and visit significant sites including the House-Museum in Aljustrel, the Arneiro Well, and Valinhos. Our guide will explain their connection to the apparitions of Our Lady of Fatima. Lastly, we will visit the Castelo de Ourém to learn about its history.
