Day Trip to Tiradentes & Congonhas

The tour begins at 7 am with a pick-up from your hotel in Ouro Preto for a visit to two historical cities in Minas Gerais.

Our first stop will be in Congonhas, founded in the 17th century by early settlers. A guided tour of the old town will cover significant sites such as the Chapel of the Steps, colonial houses, the History Museum, and the Sanctuary of the Good Jesus of Matosinhos, featuring European Baroque architecture.

Next, we will travel to Tiradentes, where we will observe its colonial buildings. The tour will include the old jail, the church of San Antonio, and a museum to explore the city's history. You will have two hours of free time for lunch after the tour.

The tour concludes at 5 pm when we will return you to your hotel in Ouro Preto.
