Ouro Preto & Mariana Tour

After picking you up at your hotel in Ouro Preto, we'll start a tour to discover all the charms of this World Heritage City. We will first visit the church of San Francisco, a symbol of this historic town, and reveal the secrets of this work by Aleijadinho, notable for baroque style in Minas Gerais.

Afterwards, we'll go to the Carmo church and visit the Inconfidência Museum to delve into the past of Ouro Preto, understanding its foundation in the 18th century as Vila Rica. Before leaving, we'll visit the Oratory Museum, which houses valuable art pieces.

We'll provide an hour and a half of free time for lunch before boarding the minibus to the ancient capital of Minas Gerais, Mariana!

In Mariana, we'll visit Minas Gerais square for a panoramic view of colonial houses and mountains. The guided tour includes churches of Carmen and San Francisco, the Town Hall, and the exterior of Pelourinho, where colonial penalties were imposed.
