Harry Potter Oxford Tour

I solemnly swear that I am up to no good!

The Harry Potter tour of Oxford begins at Broad Street. We will visit settings featured in the popular wizarding saga. Notably, the abbey of Hogwarts is located at New College, founded in the 14th century. Here, the scene where Mad-Eye Moody transformed Draco Malfoy into a ferret in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire was filmed.

Next, we will visit the Divinity School, which represents the Hogwarts Infirmary run by Madame Poppy Pomfrey. Participants can relive scenes from the first Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone film and envision the hospital beds where Harry recovered after his encounter with Voldemort.

We will also explore outdoor areas of Oxford University, known for its own Quidditch league, examining additional connections between Hogwarts and the university, including the Bodleian Library, one of the oldest libraries in Europe.

Throughout the tour, we will discuss other films and series inspired by Oxford, such as Alice in Wonderland, The Hobbit, and The Lord of the Rings.

After an hour and a half of sightseeing, we will conclude the tour by returning to the starting point. Mischief managed!
