Discover one of the most fascinating places in England on this guided tour of Oxford University - not to be missed!

Oxford University Guided Tour

At the appointed time we'll meet at 15 Broad Street, inside the Oxford Tourist Information Centre, and start a tour around Oxford University, one of the oldest universities in the world.

Although the exact founding date of Oxford University is unknown, we'll explore its history, including how Henry II of England's ban on English students attending the University of Paris contributed to its establishment.

During the guided tour, we'll walk around the exteriors of notable colleges such as Balliol College, All Souls College, Trinity College, Oriel College, and Merton College. We'll find out which one is the oldest, see the unique chapel of St Mary's Gothic Church, and explore the famous Bodleian Library.

To complete the tour, we'll visit one of the oldest colleges, such as Brasenose College or New College, the latter known for its use as a setting in Harry Potter. After a two-hour tour, we'll return to the starting point and conclude the guided tour.
