Tour Overview



Your adventure begins with a pickup from your chosen meeting location at the appointed time, as we set off to explore this enchanting region of French Polynesia. Are you ready to absorb the stunning landscapes of the island?



The tour kicks off at Marae Arahurahu, a historical archaeological site where you'll delve into Tahiti's fascinating past and traditions. Following this, we'll visit the Grotte de Mara'a, a cave steeped in mystery and folklore. The picturesque surroundings and the remarkably clear waters will give you the sensation of gliding on air.



Next, we head to Tahaaru Beach, renowned for its striking black sand and excellent surfing conditions. Here, you can soak up the island's ambiance while marveling at the contrast between the dark shoreline and the azure ocean. Our journey continues to the Vaipahi Water Gardens, a serene sanctuary enveloped by vibrant tropical flora and soothing water features—it’s an ideal locale for unwinding and connecting with the serene environment!



Should you choose, we can enjoy lunch at the restaurant within the Paul Gauguin Museum, providing an opportunity to sample some delicious local dishes and explore the museum dedicated to the renowned artist inspired by his experiences in Tahiti.



Afterward, we will proceed to the Taravao viewpoint to take in some of the island's most breathtaking vistas. Next, we will visit the Faone and Fa'aruma'i waterfalls, where you can witness the spectacular sight of water cascading down amidst lush greenery—a visual feast that is sure to leave a lasting impression.



We will then explore the Anahoho Blower’s Hole, where the sea shoots impressive water jets against the rocks. Our day will conclude at Venus Point, a historically significant location where Captain Cook first landed on Tahiti in the 18th century. Here, you can learn about the pivotal role this island played in the narrative of European exploration of the Pacific.



Finally, we will return to the starting point, where we will conclude our journey after an enriching 8-hour experience.
