Troodos, Kykkos + Omodos Day Trip

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Paphos for the day trip to Troodos, Kykkos and Omodos.

The first stop is the Troodos Mountains, where we'll visit the Chrysorrogiatissa Monastery, a site dating back to the 12th century with unique architecture.

As we continue, enjoy the scenery of the Troodos Mountains and vineyards known for producing some of Cyprus's finest white wines since the late 18th century, including the Ayios Andronicos and Ayios Elias varieties. Look for the serene Kannaviou dam.

Next, we head to Kykkos through the Paphos forest. At the Kykkos Monastery, we will explore its history and visit the tomb of Archbishop Makarios III, discussing his life and significance.

Our route continues to the Timios Stravos Monastery, known for its 25-meter (82 feet) high cross with a view of the Marathassa Valley. There will be free time for lunch and to enjoy the views.

We then proceed to Omodos, passing through pine forests and notable villages like Prodromos and Platres.

In Omodos, we will walk the cobblestone streets, visit the main square filled with cafes and shops, and conclude at the Church of the Holy Cross.

After an enriching 8 hours, we will return to your hotel.
