On this hiking route through Antelope X Canyon, we will explore a lesser-known yet remarkable section of this renowned gorge in the Arizona desert.

Antelope Canyon X Hiking Tour

At the designated time, we will meet at MP 308 Hwy 98 in Antelope X Canyon and board a 4x4 vehicle for transportation to the entrance of this natural landmark in the Arizona desert.

This section of the gorge, while not as famous as the Lower and Upper parts of Antelope Canyon, boasts stunning scenery. The less-trafficked route allows for a more relaxed visit, free from large crowds. A guide, who is a native of the Navajo people, will lead the tour through the first canyon.

Following the first section, we will hike 656.2 feet (200 metres) to the second section, encountering impressive landscapes including high sandstone walls and wind-sculpted trails along the way.

During the hike, we will observe fascinating rock formations and enjoy views of sunlight filtering through the gorge, creating a vibrant orange hue. Participants will gain insights into the formation of this unique landscape and its connection to the native Navajo people.

After a duration of an hour and a half, we will conclude the hike and return to the starting point.
