Pickup from your hotel in Bentota is at 8:30 am, heading north to Kalutara, just 40 minutes away.

Upon arrival at the Kalutara temple, a significant Buddhist site known for having the oldest hollow stupa in Sri Lanka, you will explore its historical and cultural relevance. The Kalutara Bodhiya fig tree is also present here, accompanied by its intriguing history.

After the temple visit, lunch will be at a local restaurant before proceeding to Lunuganga.

Sir Geoffrey Bawa, a renowned Sri Lankan architect, significantly influenced architecture both locally and globally. At his estate, you will learn about his contributions while touring the property and viewing his renowned gardens, showcasing his architectural talent.

The private tour concludes with a return to your hotel in Bentota, arriving at 5:30 pm.
