We will begin our journey at the arranged time, gathering at Calle O' Higgins s/n in Pisco Elqui, before setting off towards Alto Elqui.

The first stop on our itinerary will be Monte Fraile, where we will visit the tasting room of the Elqui Capel Agricultural Cooperative. Subsequently, we will proceed to the Fundo Los Nichos Pisco winery, which boasts one of the richest histories in Chile, originating in the 18th century. Here, we will explore its underground cellar and reveal some of its age-old mysteries.

Throughout the experience, we will discuss various aspects such as Chile's distinguished pisco heritage and the background of this remarkable spirit—what contributes to its widespread acclaim and the range of varieties available.

The journey will take us next to the Doña Josefa artisanal pisco distillery, where we will wander through its vineyard and partake in a delicious pisco sour tasting—a delightful conclusion to our adventure!

We will round off our excursion by heading back to the original meeting point in Pisco Elqui, with an expected arrival time of around 3 hours post-pickup.
