When booking, choose between the following 2 options. Both meetings will occur at the Porta Nuova in central Palermo at the specified time.
Palermo Tour (3 Hours)
The tour begins at the Palermo Cathedral, where we may enter the central nave to learn about significant historical events. Next, we visit Quattro Canti, noted as the centre of Palermo’s historic district, to explore its cultural traditions.
We will then proceed to Piazza Pretoria and Piazza Bellini, visiting the Church of Santa Maria dell'Ammiraglio, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, if it is open. We will also explore a local historic market, concluding the private tour after 4 hours.
Important: The Church of Santa Maria dell'Ammiraglio is open Monday to Saturday; if closed, a baroque church will be visited instead.
Palermo Tour + Palatine Chapel (4 Hours)
This option includes a break of about 10 minutes for refreshments after the private tour. We will then visit the Palazzo dei Normanni, a UNESCO World Heritage Site featuring the renowned Palatine Chapel with Byzantine mosaics. The tour ends after 4 hours.
