Route and Stops
The Palermo tourist bus makes 14 stops at principal tourist attractions around the city. During the journey, English-language commentary is provided about the locations along the route. Key sights include Palermo Cathedral, Massimo Theatre, and Zisa Castle. Other notable locations are Quattro Canti square and the Capuchin Catacombs of Palermo, where over eight thousand embalmed and partially mummified bodies are located. The route map and different stops can be consulted separately. With this pass, you can use lines A and B. Please note that stop 2 (Palazzo Steri) has been relocated to Foro Italico, near Porta Felice.
How it Works
The ticket is valid for 24 consecutive hours from the time it's first used. During this period, you can hop on and off the buses as many times as needed to explore the city at your own pace.
Schedule & Frequency in 2024
The Palermo tourist buses depart from the first stop at specific times throughout the year. Please be aware that stop 4 on line B is currently not operational. Due to road maintenance, the Palazzo Steri stop in Piazza Marina is temporarily moved to Foro Italico, immediately after Porta Felice.
